Where can I find Bell's Cookie Co?
Online: We ship nationwide via our website (where you are now!) and Goldbelly.
IRL: If you are located in the Seattle area, you can see us in our shop in the popular Greenlake neighborhood. If you are in Spain, we have a sister shop in Madrid.
Partners: We are proud to work with our awesome partners. You can find our cookies in the skies on every Delta flight, in Seattle stadiums, Climate Pledge and Lumen Field, and a handful of other locations in the Seattle area

When will my cookies ship?
We ship Tuesday-Thursday to ensure the freshest cookie experience possible! If you place an order on Monday, we will ship your cookies on Tuesday, and if you place your order on Friday we will ship your order the following Tuesday.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! But we're definitely going to work on it because everyone needs to enjoy our cookies no matter where you are.
I received a message that my cookies were delivered and they aren't here yet, what should I do?
Oh no! We recommend checking the tracking info of the carrier and waiting a day before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you still can’t find your cookies, we will be happy to assist you.
My cookies arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that your cookies didn’t arrive in the proper condition. Snap a photo of the damaged goods and share it with us at email@example.com and we'll make sure you and your cookies are taken care of!
How can I sign up for subscriptions?
Signing up for a subscription is easy! Once you select your cookies you'll be given an option to place a one-time order at full price OR you can subscribe and save! You'll save 10% on every order! Visit the Subscription Page to learn more.
Can I edit my subscription?
Yes, you can edit your subscription within your account.
Can I skip a shipment?
Of course! You can login to your account, click your subscription and select "skip next order." You could also skip on sending yourself cookies by sending them to a friend instead!

When will I get my cookies?
You can expect to receive your cookies within 7 business days of your charge date.

How should I eat my cookie?
The right way to enjoy a Bell's cookie is with a smile on your face, but we also recommend warming your cookies to achieve optimal gooeyness.
I have allergies, what should I do?
Our cookies our processed in facilities that also process peanuts and nuts. Please see the ingredients of each cookie on the cookie info page. Feel free to email our team at email@example.com for any additional information.
What's the best way to warm up my cookie?
You can warm your cookie up in the oven at 350 degrees for 3-5mins or in the microwave for 5-15 seconds depends on how gooey you want your cookie!
What is the cookie shelf life?
You can store your cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days ( if you can even wait that long!)
To maintain freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies that you aren't eating immediately.
Do you have any Vegan options?
So glad you asked! Our Double Chocolate Cookie is vegan, gluten free, and absolutely delicious!

Can I buy just one cookie?
You can buy one cookie in-store and a minimum of 8 cookies online. We suggest getting more then one...you'll thank us later!!
Is your cookie dough edible?
Our cookie dough is totally edible, but we suggest you resist the temptation, as it contains eggs for that classic homemade taste!
Can I add a message to my order that I'm sending to a friend?
Sending cookies to family & friends is highly encouraged and there is a space to add your message at checkout!
How many cookies come in a box?
You have the option of getting 8 or 12 cookies!
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, And Discover. As well as Apple, Google and Meta Pay.
How long till my refund processes?
Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process on your end, depending on your bank.

Can I gift cookies?
YES! The best way to spread joy is by sending your friends and family cookies! Send a box to them directly or give them options with our gift cards.
Do you have gift cards?
Absolutely, you can snag our gift cards either in-store or send them digitally for a sweet surprise!
How do gift cards work?
Use your gift card in-store or online on the bellscookieco.com website. Digital gift cards are delivered to an email address of your choice and are non-refundable.
