Meet Tomas and Brooke Perez, two entrepreneurs adventurers who found love and inspiration in Bogota, Colombia, back in 2014. Their journey began with a shared passion for culinary creativity and a dash of sweet romance.
After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in culinary arts management and farm-to-table studies, Brooke moved to Bogotá, Colombia. to work as a culinary consultant. She met Tomas, and their relationship blossomed as they quickly realized their dreams of creating unique, modern versions of classic comfort foods were better achieved together. They opened a bakery and café in Colombia before returning to the US.
