Recipe for Success  

Tomas and Brooke Perez first met in Bogota, Colombia in 2014. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in culinary arts management and farm-to-table studies, Brooke moved to Bogota to work as a culinary consultant. She met Tomas through her work, and their relationship blossomed as they shared a passion for creating unique, modern versions of classic comfort foods. Together, they opened a bakery and café in Colombia before returning to the US.  

In 2017, they started a successful catering business, Table Catering Co. In 2020, the catering business came to a halt during the early phases of the pandemic. However, the pause could not stop customers from ordering cookies through Table Catering Co. As they began fulfilling one-off orders, Brooke and Tomas were thrilled to see their cookies deliver joy to friends and family during these uncertain and hard times.

A Journey that Brings Joy 

Bell’s Cookie Co. officially opened for business in 2020 with their retail store opening in the summer of 2021. Bell’s Cookie Co. is named after their daughter Isabella, or “Bell”, whose smile lights up a room and brings joy to everyone she meets. Well, joy and cookies.  

In October 2021, Bell’s took to the skies and partnered with Delta Airlines to offer Bell’s cookies to first-class customers on select flights nationwide.
