Nostalgic tastes are one of the main reasons for the creation of Bell’s Cookie Co.
Before starting this project, Brooke was already in charge of the operation of her catering company called Table Catering Co. Part of her extensive menu has fresh baked cookies as a sweet option for clients. Little by little, she realized that customers were asking for more cookies in their next orders, that is when she knew it was time to start something!
It was not until the end of 2019 when Brooke and her husband, Tomas, went out for ramen one evening, that they began to talk about the next steps. There, they both concluded that it was time to start this new project. They began to forge ideas and how to make Bell’s Cookie Co the most desired cookie store by all. We saw a need for unique and nostalgic cookies in Seattle, which is exactly what we brought you!
Brooke received a Bachelors degree in culinary arts management and farm-to-table studies from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She worked in Bogota doing culinary consulting and then helped out Tomas opened up a bakery and café in Colombia. Shortly after they came back to Seattle, Brooke and Tomas, opened Table Catering Co.
Now they are on a mission to make Bells Cookie Co. the number one choice for cookies and sweet treats. We bake cookies fresh for pick-up, deliver to everyone in Seattle and also ship nationwide.
About Isabella aka. “Bells” She is full of life, a fantastic sleeper and has a smile from ear to ear. She was born in May, 2019 and her favorite foods are bananas, strawberries and cookies! She was the main inspiration for Bell’s Cookie Co and officially the youngest business owner. She’s the real boss around here.
